McDonald Mechanical has been our HVAC service supplier since 2001. Our reason for changing service suppliers to McDonald Mechanical was due to the poor service that we were experiencing at the time, and what appeared to be a lack of expertise from our existing supplier. Not only did we find the expertise that was needed for our industry, we have been pleasantly surprised at the fairness in pricing along with honesty where repairs are concerned.

Our industry is both demanding and critical, since we deal with several million dollars worth of inventory on a regular basis. Emergency calls for refrigeration, freezers, and air conditioning must be dealt with without delay and must be corrected without incident, we now experience virtually zero down time in these areas.

Over the past five years we have found McDonald Mechanical to be diligent, fair, and extremely professional in all areas as our HVAC service provider.
