The goal of mcmech.ca online eccomerce 'MCSTORE' is to provide HVAC parts and supplies, with quick easy ordering online and give our customers total satisfaction. Refunds

Refunds on items will only be done if the item is returned within 30 days and is in resalable condition.

• Item must be in original box with original packing material. A 10% restocking fee will apply.
• All refunds require a Return Authorization Number.
• Please e-mail or call MCMECH to get your Return Authorization .#.

Shipping

MCMECH.CA will pay for return shipping only if the error was made by MCMECH.CA or if the item is found to be defective.

If there is an error on our part or damage to your products we will refund your purchase in full by the following process:

1. You must notify us of the error or damage within 30 days of receipt;
2. Inspection of UNUSED or DAMAGED product, with shipping invoice.

If your package arrives damaged please contact us so that we can make arrangements to ship you new merchandise. Please keep the damaged product and the original shipping box and packing.

The customer is responsible for ordering the correct product, mcmech.ca will not be responsible for incorrectly ordered replacement products or installation defects. If you have any questions on which is the correct replacement part for your product please call or email us. We will help you identify and order the product you need.
